Seed Source: Chris Fowler's World Record Seed Line (Welsh Dragon Chilli)
The Heavyweight Hybrid Yellow Giant Bell seeds used to grow these plants come from legendary pepper grower Chris Folwer's 655g seed line, which he has been growing and selecting for over a decade. He shared these seeds with a friend in France, who set the French record with them. He then passed them on to giant vegetable legend Peter Glazebrook, who, in 2023, set the new world record for the heaviest bell pepper at 750g using seeds from this line. Bell peppers have a Scoville heat rating of 0, meaning they have no heat or spiciness.
Our plants are Grown the Natural Way: no pesticides, no synthetic fertilizers, and we only use all-natural fertilizers such as worm castings and fish emulsion.
Plants are approximately 4 to 6 inches tall and are shipping in 3 inch pots.
